Feeling trapped by unhealthy habits? Want to make some positive changes in the new year? Looking for ideas that will give you more purpose and direction? It is easy to feel stuck, and our habits can be deeply ingrained. However, we definitely can make changes to how we think, speak, and act to become the person we wish to be. We need two things to change:
1- A clear, positive vision of our potential and
2- Methods to actualize this potential
Within Buddhist psychology, we find teachings that will give us the confidence to change, and meditation and mind-training techniques that give us the practical tools to bring this change to fruition. In this 5-week course, you will learn life-changing methods that have been practiced effectively for centuries; learn how to let go of bad habits, and change yourself into someone happier, more confident, and more beneficial to others.

About the Teacher
Terry Schneider is the teacher for the Pasadena meditation class. She has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years and has been in the teacher training program at KMC LA for 8 years. She is known for her gentle kindness, patience, and practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings which are easy to apply in modern daily life.
