The world seems increasingly unstable - the stresses of society are mounting, and the future may seem not only uncertain but even bleak. So what can we do? When seen from a different perspective, these experiences offer a unique opportunity to deepen our spiritual practice of patient acceptance, opening the door to authentic inner development and a truly meaningful life. In this 4-week course, Gen Rigpa will share meditations and insights from the text How to Solve Our Human Problems to help us transform this uncertainty with meditation and Buddhist wisdom.
