OPEN YOUR MIND
Being open means to accept those situations that may come at you. By using every situation as an opportunity for growth and development, we can gain an inner strength that can be used to improve every aspect of our life.

First, we create an inner space within. Next learn a precise teaching on practical situations to overcome, such as dealing with anger and unhappy minds. Then we apply ourselves to meditation to move forward.

So, why not come and try - even if you have no idea how to meditate, this class is FOR EVERYONE!
