Overcoming Anger: How to Solve Your Human Problems

Since it is impossible to fulfill all our desires or to stop unwanted things happening to us, we need to find a different way of relating to frustrates desires and unwanted occurrences, we need to learn patient acceptance.

During this series of meditation courses we will learn tried and tested methods to overcome anger and frustration by training in its opposite, patient acceptance.

By becoming deeply familiar with patient our relationship to difficult people and difficult circumstances will change, we will gradually develop the ability to remain peaceful and happy whatever occurs.

Time: Sundays 11:30am-1:00 pm
