This is a group intended to help release any unwanted emotions in a safe place for you to let go without judgment and regain mental clarity and raise vibration through meditation.
We are so busy in our daily lives the focus and goal of this group is to simply let go unwind for one hour and experience a moment of wholeness being in the present moment.
Anyone can join all that is needed is an open heart and willingness to let go. The group will consist of 30 minutes of talking and sharing mutual experiences or emotions that are holding us back. Followed by a 30 minute meditation.

All proceeds from the evening will directly support Your Big Voice Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by The Brothers Koren and their board to expand access to transformational voice programming. These initiatives bring the healing power of voice to underserved communities, fostering mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing for those who need it most.
