What we’re about

Join us to help create an open-minded, warm, safe space to share meditation and healing techniques that can promote our spiritual growth and the healing of ourselves, each other and the world-at-large. We will work at taming our wild, monkey minds and, in the process, find ways to create peacefulness and serenity in our daily lives. We will make the space to get together once every week or so to decompress, meditate, share and enjoy each other's company.
