About us

Meet online to practice a new meditation focusing on healthy relationship attachment and equanimity. This practice is intended to help nurture more balanced and secure relationships. Through my work and training as an executive coach, yoga instructor, and meditation guide, I have identified a deep self-confidence that comes from humility. Identifying one’s own true strengths, weaknesses, skill and experience level, and real competencies - with radical honesty - aid the process. Elements of yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) may be integrated, opening the possibility of moving through long-standing personal challenges or obstacles in a way that may feel reparative. Note that the latter is a passive process involving showing up and listening quietly.

If you wonder why your relationships are short-lived, unfulfilling, or don’t even seem to takeoff, you may find this practice, interesting, and useful. If so, consider carving out some time for yourself to enjoy this experience that will meet you where you are. This practice is accessible to complete beginners as well as highly experienced meditators. Feel free to join in on greetings and discussion, or quietly enjoy a more private experience.

Optional: a blanket, pillow, chair or couch, yoga mat, eye mask, rolled towel or cloth, warm comfortable socks, quiet, private location, space to lie down.
