Hello everyone,
I would like to invite you to our weekly Breathwork class happening at our e47 venue in Tubingen, which will also include a Sound Healing journey at the end of the practice. This will be a 90mins session, ideal as a mid-week reset, especially useful to balance the intensity of work or studies, which can be high during weekdays.
The session will start with a few soft Breathwork techniques, to arrive and rebalance, and we will then move to a more powerful Breathwork practice, leading into a blissful peaceful state, ideal for a nice Sound Healing journey. The Breathwork techniques will be mostly connected to a Pranayama background.
