Hello, I'm Bri! I’ve been on the infertility journey for about two years now, experiencing multiple early losses—both naturally and through IVF. Like so many of you, I’ve felt the emotional toll that comes with trying to conceive. The stress, grief, and uncertainty can be overwhelming, and I found myself struggling to hold onto hope.
This year, I turned to yoga and meditation as a way to reclaim my sense of self, and it’s made a profound difference in my mindset. But as I looked around, I realized that while there are many wellness classes for pregnancy and postpartum, there’s very little support for those of us still in the thick of trying. The fertility journey is isolating, but it doesn’t have to be.
That’s why I started this group. As a certified meditation guide, my goal is to create a space where we can come together, breathe, and find moments of peace amidst the chaos. Whether you’re navigating infertility naturally or with assisted by science, or if you’ve experienced loss, this is a place for you. Partners are also welcome, we're all in this together!
Each session will include a guided meditation tailored to where we are in our journeys—focusing on grounding, resilience, self-compassion, and releasing anxiety. No prior meditation experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to share this space with others who truly understand.
