Take a pause from the week and join us for an easygoing, thoughtful evening.
Each month we start with a brief guided meditation to settle the mind, then dive into discussion based on the topic from our most recent class.
This is a peer-led meetup — no formal teaching, just space to explore ideas together, share insights, and hear how others are bringing the Dharma into everyday life.
**What we’ll do:**

* A short meditation to get grounded
* Open discussion about the previous class topic
* Supportive, down-to-earth community time

Everyone’s welcome — whether you attended the last class, want to listen in, or simply enjoy good conversation about Buddhist practice. Come as you are, with curiosity and an open heart.
