Dear my friends,
Although you may already know the benefits of meditation in our modern day life, you may feel that life is moving at a faster pace then ever. The amount of time people spend on self-inquiry is actually getting less. As a result, you are too busy with the activities in the outside world and you forget your own inner self (which is most important element and the origin of our thoughts and actions)
We not only forget ourself, we also forget to take care of it mentally, physically, and spiritually. Thereafter, all the problems relating to our thoughts and actions, we try to solve it only when we hit a dead end or a crisis. So, all the problems within us are stocked in our minds and we basically wait until a certain day (maybe) to solve them. Ironically, we spend more time fixing our outside appearance and the view of how we appear to others, but not our inner self.
This leads to repeated negative situations in our relationships, since our mindset is programmed in certain egoistic patterns.
This also leads us to not feeling “enough” and always comparing ourselves with others even when we know we are completely different individuals, with different backgrounds, different roles to live.
Finally this leads to unhappiness and somewhere in our hearts we always desire something else but not THIS LIFE, THIS BODY, THIS MIND.....
If you have this feeling, and you want to do the work to help you get out of these feelings, maybe it is the time to start.
Following the previous session about Self-love, forgive yourself, this time the session is focusing on how to forgive other people. If we can't forgive other people, we can't move on in our live, we can't enjoy it fully. So it is important to look back at some of your relationships and learn the methods to fix it, starting from forgiving them for no matter what they had done, or we had contributed to the situation.
Please join my guided meditation about Forgiving other people. I will talk about what it is, why it is important and how to do that. I will combine with Essential oil therapy with high vibration for you to feel deeper relaxation so that you can recall the memories, set up a right mind set to start fixing it.
This is a community service so I would like you all to reserve your space and please do not cancel on the day of the event. The fee of joining is 600 yen per person, it is only for the room rental fee. If there is extra time, we may do a little Reiki session for someone who is in need.
In order to make it a quality conversation and benefit for all, I would limit the number to only 15 attendants.

Time is from 17:30 - 19:00 for the main session. After that we may disscuss about what we feel from the session.
What to bring:
- Your own mat to sit down on the floor while we meditate.
- Water to drink after the meditation.
- An open mindset to experience the meditation fully.
