Meditation in the park

Join me for meditation practice outside (weather permitting)!
Experienced meditators as well as newbies are all welcome.
We will do a variety meditation types such as Shamatha (breathing) and walking meditation.
For new people I will provide instruction.
We will alternate between sitting and walking meditation.
Bring something to sit on such as a cushion, or blanket if you like. We will meet at the centennial flame behind the legislature building.
