In this course, you will learn the See, Hear, Feel (SHF) technique, one of the cornerstone techniques of Unified Mindfulness. This technique is simple to learn and does not require you to control thoughts in order to escape the clutches of your mind.
You will also learn how to apply this simple technique to various situations such as :
- Racing mind, constant thinking
- Out of control and Obsessive thoughts
- Getting triggered by situations or other people's behavior
- Worry/Anxiety/Stressful situations

The instructor Arun Gopal is from Southern California and has personal meditation experience of over 20 years in different traditions. He is a Unified Mindfulness Level 2 Coach and is qualified to teach this UM program.
