Free Class: Calming the Overactive Mind through Self-Compassion

Details
Often in life, our mind goes into overdrive, especially when we are in the grip of strong emotional states like fear, anger, jealousy, guilt, grief etc. We usually try to manage these states by trying to control the mind or distract and suppress the underlying issue ( using food, tv, sex, alcohol etc. ). If we are familiar with meditation, mindfulness techniques or other similar modalities, we may try to apply them to our mental distress. Sometimes these techniques have only limited or temporary results, thus adding to our frustration.
In this class, we are going to learn how to use the Compassion Key to address these issues. Compassion Key is a method of directing compassion to ourselves. It only takes a few minutes to learn and can be universally applied to all states of mind.
Please RSVP for this class to learn how to use the compassion key for a variety of situations.
