January Meditation Around Town

Please join us for our monthly meditation at Pure Land of Iowa, the beautiful Tibetan Buddhist space. This is a free meditation session for all. No meditation experience necessary. Chairs and floor cushions will be provided. Mary McCarthy will lead the meditation.
