Saturday intuitive painting workshop

*In-person! The first Saturday of each month, 2-4pm

*Our painting and wellbeing workshops for women!

We will be painting around a theme which will be sent to you a few days before the workshop. This is a relaxed group and focused too in that we have a guided meditation to start and then approx 8-10 mins of quiet painting, which is wonderful and flows so well from the meditation.

Then we share ideas, chat a little, have a cup of tea... whilst painting and listening to music and seeing whatever arises. A wonderful shared experience and the time flies. We also have poetry sometimes, EFT and oracle cards, whatever is of interest to the group as a whole.

It is absolutely fine if you don't want to talk too much or want to get a feel for the group first, as an HSP introvert I totally understand!

So wonderful for connection and finding friendship and for exploring, discovering and feeling safe in an encouraging space.

I have a big pot of cheapy acrylic paints that you are welcome to try and also some A2 paper to get you started in the first week or so...but please do bring any paints, pencils, pastels, brushes, art equipment and paper that you usually like to use, too. These can be cheap supplies, certainly to start with as the objective is to feel free and not 'precious' about how we paint.

• The workshop lasts for two hours, 2-4pm, and the cost is £10, payable on sign-up.
• A new option
  The 2-hour painting sessions are £10 and you can buy these individually. Or you can buy 3 consecutive sessions for £21 (£7 each). If you’d like to do this please do send me a message and I’ll add you to the attendees list for the 3 sessions.
  This is a great idea if you want to be sure to dedicate yourself to some regular, creative time. We’re more likely to show up when we’ve booked ourselves in x
  The 3 sessions can also be a mix of zoom and local.
