Gentle Dance Movement Classes (In-person & on Zoom)

While technically this is just a dance & movement class (see description below).

As the creator of "The Connect Method", and expert on connecing mind & body, I love dancing/moving as a meditation, w/ intention, through my problems, what I desire, or letting my unconscious work on what I want while my conscious mind & body dance. I find using mind & body together adds power to intentions.

It is a great way to bring inner & outer worlds together.

I invite you to just dance/move or do more, whatever works best for you.
