Here are a few things you can do to be all set when the session begins:
✔ Get into a comfortable seated position. A chair is recommended.
✔︎ We will meet on video, so bring your smile along 😁
✔︎ Make sure to have the zoom application installed on your device
✔︎ Make sure your device is connected and charged and you have a good internet connection
✔︎ See that you’re sitting in a quiet, distraction-free space to make the most out of your meditation. Make sure you take this time for just yourself without anyone interrupting you.
✔ Please avoid joining the session from your phone, and keep it on flight mode for less distractions.
