21 Day Meditation Challenge

Details

As you may already know, meditation is a powerful, life-changing practice that gives our life purpose and happiness.

Do you need a supportive, sustainable, and fun way to set up a daily meditation practice? We have just what you need – you’re invited to join our 21-Day Meditation Challenge!

Each morning from 8:00-8:30am Kadam Lucy will guide a breathing meditation and one of the 21 Lamrim (stages of the path) meditations, give an essential meditation tip, and offer some advice to apply to the rest of your day.

You are invited to join in person or online. If you need to do your session at another time in the day, each day’s meditation will be kept up for 24 hours.

Whoever completes all 21 days will be entered into a prize draw for a free day course or month of classes!

Lots to gain and nothing to lose – become a modern-day meditator who solves the problems of daily life by changing your mind through meditation.

Teacher
Kadam Lucy James

Our main teacher at KMC Colorado is Kadam Lucy James. One of the senior teachers of Kadampa Buddhism, Kadam Lucy has taught extensively in England, Florida, and San Francisco, and helped set up many thriving meditation centers since 1981. She is a leading expert in meditation and is regularly invited to teach courses around the United States and Europe due to her skill in presenting both simple and profound subjects with great clarity. For many years, one of her main jobs was to help with the editing and production of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s books, and she has engaged in extensive meditation retreat.
