Introduction to Meditation - Live and Online

Details
Get 2025 off to the perfect start with our New Year Series, starting 8th January, online.
For the New Year we are going virtual and doing our signature 8 week series online.
Once you register for the series you will get an email the day before class with the Zoom link for that week’s session.
Registration can be found HERE: https://realworldmeditation.org.uk/events/winter2025/
The sessions will be recorded, and after being edited to remove any personal information of those who attended live, the recording will be made available online until the following week.
In addition – and this is part of the benefit of doing this online, we are going to post a new meditation every morning at 8am.
Many of these will be live if you can join, or available online soon after it ends.
They will vary in length, starting relatively short at around 15-20 minutes, but by the end of the series they may stretch to around 30 minutes.
These will stay around for 24 hours only.
Practical – It’s more than just stress relief
We know that most people come to meditation just to feel a bit better.
The world is increasingly stressful and often overwhelming. Record numbers of people are looking for mental health options. Meditation can help. With a 30 second practice we can help you start to feel better.
BUT – we also believe meditation is much more than just a relaxation device. It can help every aspect of your life.
Health, happiness, career, academics, athletics, relationships, creativity, joy, love, clarity, focus, concentration and much, much more are all improved.
Do yourself a favour for 2025.
Don’t try to stick to the same old lame New Year’s Resolution that never works.
Commit instead to come along to this eight week course and learn something that will stay with you forever.
Oh yes, and by the way, it’s FREE.
Come to one of them, all of them, or as many as you can make. If you’ve never meditated before and you come to the fifth class, you’ll be fine. Nevertheless, the classes do build on each other so the more you come to, the more you’ll get out of it.
