This is not about fixing you—it is about awakening your own capacity to heal, offering you tools, awareness, and practices you can continue to use beyond the session.
Before your session, we begin with a screening and preparation call to understand your intentions, answer questions, and ensure the experience is aligned with your needs.

Energy healing is a deeper, more personalized practice focused on clearing, restoring, and realigning the energetic body.
These sessions are held privately and include:

• Intentional affirmations and energetic commands
• Supportive guidance to help your system integrate the experience

Each private energy healing session includes:

• A private live session
• A recorded audio, created specifically for you, to continue the healing process
• A private link to access your audio at any time
• Ongoing guidance to support integration and awareness

### ✨ In-Person & Traveling Energy Healing Options

For those who prefer an in-person experience, energy healing sessions can also be held in person. Sessions may take place in my home, in nature (such as a park), or in the comfort of your own home. I am also available to travel to your location to perform the healing.
In-person and online sessions include a sound bath with crystal bowls, allowing vibration and frequency to support deeper relaxation, energetic clearing, and integration. This option offers a fully immersive experience, combining guided energy healing, sound, and presence to support restoration on a deeper level.

### ✨ Session Structure, Timing & Flexibility

Each energy healing experience is designed to honor your time, rhythm, and availability. The journey begins with one hour of free consultation and preparation, allowing space to connect, clarify intentions, and prepare your system for the healing work. This is followed by one hour of private energy healing, where we move through the guided process together.
In addition, the container includes four 30-minute integration and guidance calls (a total of 2 hours), which can be scheduled at times that work best for you. These calls offer continued support, reflection, and guidance as you integrate the healing into your daily life.
This flexible structure ensures that healing is not rushed, but supported—before, during, and after the session—so you feel accompanied throughout the process.

Payment Plans:

• Paid monthly or bi-weekly (based on your availability)
• Healing begins after the completion of the full payment.
