In these online sessions via Zoom, we'll explore the power of meditation using group practice, community, discussion, and a sprinkle of humor to deepen our experience and understanding.

At the Lab, we are on a quest to help you deepen your sits. In our sessions, we will experiment with various meditation practices including silence, stillness, guided visualizations, breath work, and gentle movement. Our goal is to build a community of practitioners inspired to meditate, to be vulnerable in healthy ways, and to move more deeply into compassion for self and others.

Beginners and experienced meditators are invited to join us. These online sessions are open to all, and we appreciate contributions to help us cover our Meetup and Zoom fees. You can donate at paypal.me/Semanas.
