This class begins with a guided meditation in a comfortable seated position and then evolves into a moving meditation where you practice poses that help you release stress and anxiety and bring in perspective, gratitude and humor. Open to all levels of experience from beginners to advanced students. Also great for those who are keen to start a meditation practice at home and would like some tips on how to do it.
