Spring is the time to renew and rejuvenate our minds — and the practice of purification is an ideal method.

A Vajradaka Burning offering is a special ritual where we ceremonially burn black sesame seeds that represent our negativities—a powerful method for dispelling obstructions. It leaves us feeling refreshed, uplifted and energized.

To start, Kadam Kyle will give a brief teaching and guide a meditation. Then we will spend time thinking about what negativities we would like to release before engaging in the burning ritual.

Afterwards, we will have time for group reflection and connection. Everyone is welcome!
