Life can be very challenging, and along the way we can accumulate emotional scars and that make it difficult to move forward, especially when we feel hurt or overwhelmed by the past. Through meditation, however, we can begin to heal from a deeper place.
In this special free public talk given by KMCBK Resident Teacher Kadam Kyle, we will explore powerful meditation techniques, including the ancient practice of taking and giving, which helps us develop compassion, inner strength, and peace of mind. By learning to work skillfully with our pain, we can gradually find greater freedom, resilience, and lasting relief from suffering.
