In this interactive and relaxed session, we will explore how the yoga texts and meditation can help you to discover your true essence; who you really are at the very core. Discover how this understanding will help us to live a truly fulfilled and purposeful life.

How I identify myself has important implications of how accepted I am or not, how loved I am or not, my self worth etc. So the old adage ‘Know Thyself’ is still as true and relevant today as it was thousands of years ago when Socrates first coined the term.

This workshop could perhaps be the most life changing workshop you will ever attend and may well be just the beginning of living an enlightened joyful life.
