Group Meditation led by Bob Vinci in a relaxed, comfortable, open and friendly setting. First-time meditators are welcome, as are those who are experienced. The simple technique we use is always happily explained. Each session lasts an hour, but newer meditators may practice at whatever duration is comfortable. People have join us for stress reduction, self-healing, mind-sharpening, expanding consciousness and deepening spirituality, finding success with these and more! 10 to 20+ people regularly attend.
