Using fresh approaches as well as ancient Buddhist techniques, this course will re/connect you with the practice of meditation in an inspiring and fun way. Immersive, authentic, connecting and just the thing for new year renewal.

We specialise in methods to help you feel involved and motivated so that the meditation habit will come naturally.

Opportunities for personal support, questions and feedback. This is a heart-warming and interactive course that feels good and even playful at times. Ideal for busy or stressed minds. Beginners or experienced practitioners welcome.
