My intentions are to be able to offer guidance and education to individuals who would like to advance their knowledge in the useful practice of mindful meditation. Mindful meditation is a tool that is highly beneficial when practiced consistently. Through use, meditation teaches the discipline of focus through various breathing techniques to ground and center yourself especially when dealing with the spectrum of emotions we all encounter everyday. Whether you are a beginner or a novice when it comes to meditating, Meditation in the Park is THE only local community group you need to support you on your path to mindfulness ❤️.
