Join us for a calm and welcoming midday meditation and mindfulness practice in Geneva.
This session offers a simple pause in the middle of the day — a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment before continuing with the rest of your afternoon.
Practicing mindfulness during the day can help refresh attention, reduce stress, and bring more clarity and balance to work and daily life.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or already have an established practice, you are very welcome.
The session will include simple guided practices inspired by mindfulness traditions such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
No previous experience is required.
What to expect

The atmosphere is informal, respectful and beginner-friendly.
Language
The session will be accessible in both French and English.
What to bring
- comfortable clothes, if possible

About the host
The session is facilitated by Sarah, a mindfulness instructor trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through Brown University.
