On every Tuesday's night, group meditation and short teaching conducted by experienced Theravada Buddhist monks. All are welcome to join and learn meditation together and meet other meditators.

Session Schedule:
6:40 PM - Doors Open
- Self-service refreshment station available
7:00 PM - Session Begins
- Gentle stretching exercises (13 minutes)
- Meditation Fundamentals & Dharma Talk by Buddhist monk (15-20 minutes)
- Guided Meditation (30-40 minutes)
- Group Discussion & Closing (15-20 minutes)
- Sharing experiences
- Q&A
8:30 PM - Session Ends
