Meditation Walks at Kirkstall Abbey

Enjoy a reflective walk around the Abbey grounds and as you walk, discover your qualities of kindness, strength, appreciation and stillness.

Meet at the reception of the Kirkstall Abbey Visitors Centre/Cafe, Abbey Road, LS5 3EH.

Please let reception know that you are there for the walk and the walk facilitator will then be able to meet up with you.
