Meditation Walks at Kirkstall Abbey

IMPORTANT NOTE: CHANGE OF MEETING TIME On the 21st May only, the starting time will be 10am to 11am.
Otherwise usual time of 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Enjoy a reflective walk around the Abbey grounds and as you walk, discover your qualities of kindness, strength, appreciation and stillness.

Meet at the reception of the Kirkstall Abbey Visitors Centre/Cafe, Abbey Road, LS5 3EH.

Please let reception know that you are there for the walk and the walk facilitator will then be able to meet up with you.

All welcome. No charges made by the Brahma Kumaris for this drop in event. Please note: Kirkstall Abbey charge may apply
