Join us each month for a conversation with an experienced yogi who will be sharing their experience of one of these spiritual powers and exploring how we can make the most of them in our daily lives. This month we will explore the power to face which is the ability to confront and resolve external and internal obstacles, tests and challenges.

Our guest will be David Goodman. Based in Leeds, David helps to coordinate activities for Brahma Kumaris in the North of England. A retired community dentist and an experienced meditator of over 40 years, David shares with an accessible blend of humour and down to earth spiritual wisdom.
