Saturday Soul Space drop in sessions

## An hour of calm in the midst of a busy world.

## With gentle guidance and space to reflect, the session will help you settle, soften and return to your natural state of peace.

## We offer a brief introduction for newcomers followed by guided meditations that help you reconnect with your original qualities of peace, love and power.

## These free of charge drop in sessions have been held over the last few months and proved popular so we will be continuing:-

## Venue - The Claremont room, first floor (NB please note change of room) HEART community centre, Bennett Rd, Headingley, Leeds LS6 3HN

## Sessions are led by experienced facilitators

## - disabled access to the venue and lift available - no registration needed - age 16 and above

## Parking is available at the venue, although it is sometimes busy. Parking also available in side streets at at Headingley Taps.
