We invite you to join our Virtual Monthly Full Moon Meditation, where we come together to recharge, refocus, and cultivate inner peace. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, our sessions are open to all levels.

Each month, we engaged in meditative practices designed to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and foster positive energy. Through guided breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques, you’ll learn how to navigate daily challenges with calm and balance.
