Welcome to our peaceful sanctuary for introspection and growth! Join us every Sunday for a transformative journey through guided meditation, reflection, and goal setting. In our 30-minute meditation session, we blend open awareness and metta to cultivate inner peace and compassion. Following that, we dedicate 20 minutes of journal prompts to reflect on our week, allowing space for introspection and insight. Finally, we set our goals for the week to enhance our well being. First session is free followed by a $10 fee. Come experience the power of mindfulness and intentionality with us!
