Group Meditation and Healing

As you know, this is a by donation group healing practice with all proceeds going to a charitable organization selected each month. The suggested donation is $25.

Each session begins with a group meditation to center and ground us and call-and-response chanting, followed by group and individual healing sessions and ending with a sound healing. Everyone will receive healing from certified Reiki and Intuitive Healing practitioners.

Please bring a yoga mat. You may also want to bring a blanket, water, pillow and anything else you may need to be comfortable and cozy.

Healers include: Kara Breese, Shelly Grande, Karly Nihal, Angie Catanzaro and Mike Dutke (and often guest healers!)
