This group is dedicated to those who want to explore the world of meditation and mindfulness with the guidance of a Buddhist monk. We aim to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone interested in meditation, regardless of their level of experience.

In our group, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice various meditation techniques, such as breath awareness, body scan, loving-kindness, and more. Our sessions are led by a Buddhist monk who will share Buddhist teachings to help you deepen your practice.

We hope meet regularly at a peaceful and serene location and online where you can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on your inner peace. Each session lasts for about an hour, during which you can meditate, reflect, and ask any questions you may have.
