Meditate with a Monk offers a compact program helping individuals from all walks of life regardless of meditation experiences. Learn different ancient meditation techniques and cultivate mindfulness, transcend negative feelings and mindsets to embrace inner peace.
Even though a Buddhist monks guide the meditation session, this is not a religious event.

Our program offers diverse meditation techniques, allowing you to explore and discover the methods that resonate with you. Each technique provides unique benefits and contributes to your overall well-being. Here are some of the meditation types we explore:
- Breathing Meditation: Delve into the power of your breath as a focal point for cultivating deep relaxation and mental clarity. You will learn to anchor your awareness in the present moment through focused breathing techniques, fostering a sense of calm and inner peace.
