Whether it is due to work, school, or taking care of loved ones, many of us experience stress, anxiety, depression, and feelings of being alone or left out.
That is why we, the Dhammawood Meditation Centre of California and Mahamevnawa Meditation Monastery of Maryland, together offer
free meditation sessions for everyone interested.
These sessions are conducted by a Sri Lankan monk based on the Buddha's original teachings (Theravada Buddhism).
Because the sessions are online, you can join in at home. We welcome you to come and experience relaxation, mental freedom, and inner peace from meditation.
