We may not be able to control every circumstance we encounter, but we can choose how we respond. Meditation helps us create a gentle pause within—an opportunity to reset, reflect, and reconnect.
Join us during the lunch hour for a peaceful break that includes 10 minutes of chair yoga, followed by silent meditation. This practice is designed to be accessible and supportive. Chairs and cushions are provided, and you’re welcome to bring a journal for quiet reflection.
Parking is available in both the front and back of the building.
Please approach the rear entrance, enter through the door on the right, and note that the facility has one flight of stairs.
