This group is for people who are learning meditation and deepening in their practice. It's also for people interested in tea & meditation. Everyone is invited! I've created this to bring together like-hearted and minded people, to nurture joy, and deepen community bonds. Our time together will vary between meditation, tea ceremony & meditation, outdoor meditation, guided, and silent. Don't worry, I'll make it very clear so you come to what suites you :)

OnlineIntuitive Meditation starts on Monday January 12th at 7pm pst (via Zoom) and is taught by Kawena Charlot, one of the most talented psychic teachers working in the United States . The first night is fun, free and informative. You'll play with energy, do fun exercises, and learn fantastic energy tools that will help you for the rest of your life.
It's a part of an exciting 8-week course, where you will learn amazing and doable energy tools and techniques which will help you manage your personal space and create your life more effectively. With practice, these tools will help empower you in your everyday life.

OnlineEnergetic Healing starts on Tuesday January 13th at 6:30pm PST taught by Kawena Charlot one of the most amazing psychic teachers working in the United States at this time.
On the first free night you’re going to learn how energetic healing works, you'll have fun touching and changing energy, feeling it on others spirits, and you'll learn two energy tools that can change your life.
Over the course of the 8-week class, students will learn how to heal yours and others' energetic systems which promotes healing in the body and emotional states. Students will learn how to work with a healing master and a psychic surgeon. You’ll heal your (and others) chakras, auras, and energy channels, learn to heal any topic, and even do long-distance and relationship healings.
Students will also learn a number of energetic laws, and get a deeper understanding of how energy affects your body, your emotions, and your thoughts. Then you will learn how to clear, heal and replenish those affected areas. The result is – your body will heal faster, you’ll have a way to stabilize your mind, your emotions will be more even-keeled and manageable, and you will feel lighter, healthier, and more at ease in your body.
