Join The Third Space Community for Mindful Meditation.
Mindful Meditation specifically aims at bringing a peace to the body and mind through the practice of mindfulness, deep breathing and relaxation exercises.
This is run in a Hybrid format- in the Virtual Space as well as in Docklands, Melbourne.
All meditation practices at The Third Space are based on the Judeo-Christian philosophy of "shalom", a Hebrew word for peace.
The Mindful practice is evidence-based and has been shown to decrease stress/cortisol levels and improve creativity and concentration. It is a guided meditation with the facilitators, Allison or Michael having many years of experience to draw on.
