Through simple, guided practices, you’ll learn to quiet your mind, ease tension, and reconnect with your inner strength—one gentle step at a time.

  • "Doors" open at 7:50 PM
  • No admittance after 8:05 PM.
  • Have all devices muted.
  • Yoga mat, chair, cushion, bed.
  • Bolster for under the knees.
  • Be ready to be seated or lying down.
  • Have hydration, a light blanket, and an eye mask.
