No experience needed. Just show up as you are — and surrender.
"Doors" open 10 minutes before the event begins.
No admittance after 5 minutes after the event starts.
What to have:
- A comfortable place (seated or lying down)
 - An eye mask (blocking out light, signaling your brain to relax, removing visual distractions, creating a calm space for mindfulness and deep relaxation).
 - A light blanket (your body temperature can drop during meditation as your breathing slows and your body relaxes).
 - Hydration
 - Tissues (emotions sometimes come into play).
 - A sign on your closed door asking not to be disturbed
 - A journal (journaling after meditation helps you process insights, emotions, and experiences that arise during your practice).
 
What not to have:
- Anything that beeps, buzzes, or lights up may distract from this time.
