Let go of the day and come home to yourself.
This calming session combines mindful breathing, gentle reflection, and guided meditation to help you release stress, quiet your thoughts, and reconnect with your inner peace.
"Doors" open 5:35 PM.
No admittance after 5:50 PM.

What to have:

  • A comfortable place (seated or lying down)
  • An eye mask (blocking out light, signaling your brain to relax, removing visual distractions, creating a calm space for mindfulness and deep relaxation).
  • A light blanket (your body temperature can drop during meditation as your breathing slows and your body relaxes).
  • Hydration
  • Tissues (emotions sometimes come into play).
  • A sign on your closed door asking not to be disturbed
  • A journal (journaling after meditation helps you process insights, emotions, and experiences that arise during your practice).

What not to have:

  • Anything that beeps, buzzes, or lights up may distract from this time.
