This meditation meetup explores different types of meditations for stress relief and relaxation. No experience required.

The cost is donation-based to the host, Sacred Space Yoga. $5 or $10 would be awesome.

The main meditation lasts around 15-20 minutes, and we have been rotating between visualization, watching the breath vipassana, inward mantra on a relaxation vibration, and positive affirmations said inwardly.

This week’s meditation uses the imagination and subconscious mind to visit a peaceful place in the forest, and soak up the peaceful feeling.

Next, you imagine yourself on a screen reacting to stressful situation in a better way, starting to reimagine some situation you want to work on.

There is usually a little warm up exercise where we explore different breathing warm ups to explore different ways to support relaxation.
