Meditation For Stress Relief and Relaxation

In this meditation we will practice vipassana (mindfulness) on the mental center of the conscious mind. The meditation will probably last around 15 or 20 minutes.
With this type of meditation you can begin to move your attention out of the waking state center, and into deeper focal points and observe what is there.
We spend a few minutes doing a few relaxing breaths, followed by a few minutes to destress and collect the attention. Then we will move to the mental center and just observe what is there (mindfulness).
The meetup is free, but if you would like to make a $5-10 donation to the host, that is an option.
Keep in mind that even if many don’t sign up on meetup, some yoga folks may show up. Last time there were 5.
