In today’s world of haste and worry, we seek to control all aspects of our lives. We fret about the past, fear the future, and are anxious about the present. Yet, if we were to take an accounting of our lives, we’d find that in most cases, things ultimately work out for the best. During this webinar we will share a meditation practice that helps us tap into the bliss and love that is inherent within us. We develop a level of peace and contentment that shields us from the trails of the world and minimizes worry in our lives. By learning this meditation technique, we can increase the times of happiness in our lives.
